The design process was very professional from start to finish. The software package was very high tech and the designs produced showed exactly what the kitchen looks like. Any features that I wanted to change were easily undertaken with a few clicks and I was given plenty of A3 photos of the design from all angles. I was then given a pack of technical data for my builder to ensure the building work ran smoothly and had all cables/pipes etc in the correct place. Michelle, the designer guided me through the design with her expert knowledge and was a great help to me. I had certain doubts about integrated fridge/freezers but being able to see them in the showroom in working order I was convinced that they would work better than freestanding. I was then assigned Julian as my installation manager who visited the site on several occasions to ensure smooth installation. I used one of the kitchen fitters (Peter) from Sigma who again was very professional with the installation. Would highly recommend Sigma 3 to anyone considering a new kitchen – thank you all the team at Culverhouse Cross branch – we love it!
